Just had my wisdom tooth removal and it was a pleasant experience. Dr Hardev was amazing. He was very assuring, friendly and gentle (very crucial for those who doesn’t like going for dentals?) The staff were friendly and helpful as well. This is a place where service and comfort meets. I didn’t feel anything when the tooth was extracted. It’s a nice touch from them to play movies on the ceiling so that you could watch (or distract yourself) as the procedures are being done. I will come back again. They have made this place THE place to go for my dental appointments/needs. Once again, thank you Dr Hardev and the Ashford Dental Centre Staff! I rated you all 5* but would have rated even more if Facebook allowed me to! See you on my next appointment!

Very thankful to have chanced upon Ashford Dental in my frantic emergency search for a dentist on a Sunday morning. Every touch point was consistently delightful and human, which I find is usually lacking at many other dental practices. Dr. Rose and her team on duty took excellent care of me and prepped and reassured me with all the information I could possibly need ahead of the procedure (wisdom teeth extraction and surgery). When it came down to it, it was comfortable, performed with utmost care and most importantly, painless (seriously!). I highly recommend Ashford Dental for their unbeatable professionalism and level of care for their patients.

Highly recommend this clinic, and Dr. Ong.
Visited 2 times, first time for check and 2nd time for wisdom teeth extraction.
Dr. Ong was very patient to answer my questions and explain to me my symptom, the extraction process, what would happen and what to take note afterwards, which significantly relieved my nervousness.
During the extraction, he was very skillful. The whole process to extract my 2 teeth, from me sitting down to the end, was less than 20mins. The extraction itself probably happened within 10mins, without any pain but just some sense of pulling the teeth.
Price was ok. I have a dental insurance only provides some discount, and Dr. Ong gave some more discount so it turned out quite acceptable considering the smooth process.
The assistants Lucy and Lisa are both very friendly too.
Probably my case was an easy one, but based on the above, I will recommend my family and friends to this clinic and Dr. Ong when needed.

I was recommended by my sister to T & T. She and her family had visited this clinic for more than 20 years. So I made an appointment to go there as I had a serious toothache.
I had my molar tooth extracted by Dr. Tang yesterday. The process took about 15 minutes only. It was very fast and I didn't even know my tooth was already extracted! I didn't feel painful during the injection, only a little painful during the extraction process. Dr. Tang had done a good job. Thank you, Dr. Tang !

As I am a hypochondriac so I never miss my dental appointment since I was 19.
This is my company appointed dental clinic.
Dentist demeanour: Dr Tang is very laidback and laughs a lot. He is very at ease with himself and that gives the patient confidence, you know. It's very important. No fake empathy.
Skills: He has all the skills of dental care and surgery. He has now gotten a new dental therapist for all the routine cleaning. Sia Yee, I think her name. She is really gentle and thorough but I think my teeth weren't too dirty so I didn't get flouride treatment. Just scaling and cleaning.
Equipments: He has all the equipments for private practice but I would've love it if he had the same photography scope that takes picture of my mouth and display it on tv like Millenium.
Routine checkup ambience: Very quick. 2 rooms so Dr Tang is running from one to the other all the time. Busy man.
Reminder: No reminder for routine checkup. So I have to always call (but I've put this in my calendar.) I wish they have the postcard reminder like Millenium. Appointments are easy enough to get. Waiting time is less than 1 month. Sometimes just weeks.
State of clinic: The clinic is alright but the waiting area is small and untidy (perhaps too busy). The dark decor doesn't help either as it makes the whole place feels stuffy. 3 person at the waiting area is 1 person too many. Magazines are strewn all over the place.
Interesting fact about Dr Tang - he makes pilgrimage twice a year to Nepal for photography and free dentistry. Something like doctors without borders. Don't you just love a charitable dentist? I know I do.

My helper chewed on a chicken bone one night resulting in a swollen gum and chipped front tooth. I brought her to see Dr Jon Liu who treated her with such care. It was a quite a complicated job that required 2 sessions to complete. The job done was nothing less than perfect. There was no second class citizen treatment. No discrimination. No shabby job. She received just the same treatment as would anyone else. On her 2nd session, she even went to the clinic on her own unaccompanied. Professional. Perfect. Passionate. Thank you!
